The effective dates of the actions are the dates specified. INFORMATIVE 325.RWL-20121001-00002 Entravision Communications Corporation Granted on January 7, 2013, subject to conditions, application 325 (c) permit by Entravision Communications Corporation to deliver programming to XHAS-TV, Tijuana, BCN, Mexico, licensed to Tele Nacional, SA. de C.V., which operates on Channels 33 and 34 with an authorized power of 2447 kw (analog) and 400 kW (digital). Grant of this permit is conditioned upon the Mexican stations operation in full compliance with applicable treaties and related provisions conceming electrical interference to U.S. Broadcast stations. This authorization is predicated on the use of a foreign station assignment, which must abide by the terms of the 1962 United States-Mexico VHF Television Agreement. Hence, this program authorization applies only to the specific foreign station facilities which are currently on file with the Commission as having been officially coordinated by the Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) in Mexico and subsequently approved by the Commission for operation. If the transmitter coordinates or technical operating parameters of the foreign station are altered subsequent to this authorization or are found to be different from those currently on file and approved by the Commission, this program authorization will be subject to immediate termination without right to hearing. The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. Guidelines for filings are available at: www.fcc.gov/osec. Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first- class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail (although we continue to experience delays in receiving U.S. Postal Service mail). The Commission's contractor, Natek, Inc., will receive hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the Commission's Secretary at 236 Massachusetts Avenue, N. E., Suite 110, Washington, D.C. 20002. The filing hours at this location are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m, All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building.
