Dortch Secretary Federal Communicatiors Commission Office of the Secretary Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 Attn: Ms. Janice Shields International Bureau Re: FCC File No. 325-NEW-20091221-00006 Dear Ms. Dortch: Local Media of America, LLC, permittee of the above-referenced Section 325(c) authorization ("Authorization") to deliver programming to stations XETRA-FM, 91.1 MHz; XHITZ-FM, 90.3 MHz and XHRM-FM, 92.5 MHz, by its attorneys, is filing the instant letter to notify the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") that Local Media of America, LLC has changed its name to Local Media San Diego, LLC ("LMSD"). This is a change in name only, and there has been no change in the legal form or operations of LMSD. LMSD respectfully requests that the Commission update the Authorization and its databases to reflect the foregoing name change. In addition, LMSD respectfully requests that the Authorization be updated to reflect the following information: • The "Studio Location" set forth in Section A of the Authorization should be changed from 9660 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite B, San Diego, California 92123 to 6160 Cornerstone Court, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121. • Section C of the Authorization should be revised to reflect that rather than deliver the programming by satellite, the programming is delivered "by means of fiber optic transmission lines, with backup using traditional telephone lines and/or 4G cellular transmissions, if necessary."
