         Transmitted herewith on behalf of Bay City Television, Inc. ("Bay City") are an
 original and one copy of an application on FCC Form 308 to renew Bay City‘s existing
 authorization to transmit programming electronically to XETV for broadcast into the United
 States.

            Also enclosed are a completed FCC Form 159, credit card information for payment of
 the $90.00 filing fee, and a certification that no party to the application is subject to a denial
 of federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug
 Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. § 862.
