          Transmitted herewith, on behalf of Sociedad Mexicana de Radio de Baja California S.A.
de C.V., is an application on FCC Form 308 which requests a change in the studio location
specified in the above—reference authorization from 309 Margo Court, Chula Vista, CA 91910 to
401 Mile of Cars Way, Suite 322, National City, CA 91950. Additionally, this application
requests that the applicant be authorized to deliver program material by microwave in addition to
to the currently authorized Internet delivery.

          Submitted with this application is FCC Form 159 and the requisite filing fee of $90.00.
