Applicant seeks special temporary authority to operate the experimental equipment for less than ten days at a location (an industry event) which varies from the two authorized locations. The purpose of the operation wil be to display and temporarily operate the experimental equipment at an industry event in San Francisco, California The proposed display will provide members of the scientific community and other industry participants an opportunity to review and comment on the equipment and the technology.
