XonTech d/b/a Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (?NGMS?) requests a grant of STA to operate the facilities that have been applied for under NGMSs pending Form 442 application for an experimental radio station authorization (File No. 0138-EX-PL-2006), which was filed on March 20, 2006. NGMS requests grant of the STA as soon as possible for a term of 180 days or until the pending license application is granted.
