Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: We look to confirm the viability of TV white space within our area, which provides significant terrestrial challenges under current technologies and is home to a large community with underserved broadband needs. Current technology has proven unable to serve said community, this license would serve to prove a viable alternative.
