The applicant requires video-bandwidth channels in the range 2.2-2.5 GHz for video production for television network use for the 2014 NFL Super Bowl. Sufficient channels in the New York metropolitan area for video production based on LTTS licenses held by the applicant are not available due to the intensive spectrum use for this newsworthy event.
