Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We wish to perform some transmission tests in the 6425 to 6525MHz band to test a new portable receive equipment. Please note that although we only require only less than 10 hours over a 8 day total transmission time period, I have requested a 3 month window as I need to arrange aircraft flights ASAP over the winter period.
