Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Wavix is continuing the development and test effort of gateway ground stations for use by customers of both VITA and Wavix on VITASAT-1R and VITASAT-2 LEO satellites, currently operated by VITA under STA granted to Volunteers in Technical Assistance (VITA). It is essential to this operation that Wavix be able to perform testing of the equipment by direct communication with the satellites.
