Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Due to changes in applicable FCC regulations, it is necessary to change our system transceiver and to make circuit modifications to accommodate the new transceiver. Special temporary authority on behalf of VXT is necessary to perform demonstrations of a product currently under development. These demonstrations are required to test and prove feasibility to design engineers, customers, and prospective investor. Tests will be conducted to verify system-level design assumptions. These tests will include operation of the product in various outdoor environments in order to determine the effects of weather, terrain, and distance on overall performance.
