Please explain the purpose of operation:
The operation is a demonstration of an experimental repeater system for public safety communications that includes a mechanism for avoiding interference. This operation will be conducted in conjunction with transmissions in the 3.55-3.65 GHz frequency range under the existing WH2XLE experimental license.
