Please explain the purpose of operation:
The experiment is in support of the Virginia Tech FAA UAS Test Site program and over-the-air testing is required to evaluate and validate the CNPC waveform and hardware. The experiment is a continuation of work done under FCC Experimental License Grant 0965-EX-CN-2018 by Rockwell Collins to research the use of this radio and these frequencies for UAS operations in the NAS. This radio is designed to be compliant with DO-362.
