Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Virgin Orbit LLC is requesting an STA to transmit in S-Band (2200-2290 MHz). Due to the limited duration of the test a long term license is not required. The test will take only a few days to complete, S-Band Transmitter will be turned on for a few hours every day during the test. This test might not be performed on consecutive days and testing could be scattered over a period of six months.
