Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Viacel wishes to test a mobile datacasting system to the computer industry and their is no spectrum that we control in the Sunnyvale California area. An STA to use the currently vacant channel #69 at low power would serve our purpose. Viacel has purchased spectrum in Auction #49 and is working with other auction winners in the Lower 700 MHz spectrum and investors interested in the pending auction of 700 MHz spectrum to deploy a mobile data broadcasting network. In Sunnyvale we are testing and demonstrating to Intel Corp. how such a system would work in their vehicles on a typical system of roads both residential and interstate.
