To demonstrate the efficient utilization of otherwise unused TV channels without causing harmful interference to licensed users. To conduct white space field trials, under Docket 04-186, to demonstrate the efficient utilization of otherwise unused TV channels without causing harmful interference to licensed users. The modulating signal is a band-limited Gaussian-noise-like signal. The frequency range is 6.00 MHz per channel over all the indicated channels. The necessary bandwidth was calculated analytically based on the FIR digital filter design parameters.
