Test and Evaluation of an airborne communications relay. This equipment is part of a larger project designed to allow UAS operators to communicate with ATC. If the entire bandwidth is not available our minimum requirement is two frequencies (10 MHz of bandwidth)within this range.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Test and Evaluation of an airborne communications relay. This equipment is part of a larger project designed to allow UAS operators to communicate with ATC. If the entire bandwidth is not available our minimum requirement is two frequencies (10 MHz of bandwidth)within this range. UAS operations will be at or below 10000 feet. We can accept lower if necessary.
