Please explain the purpose of operation:
Test and evaluation of a common command system. Both C2 and video transmission will be evaluated. The ground station is capable of transmitting via 15.15-15.35 GHz with a mean power of 8 watts and the aircraft is capable of transmitting via 14.4-14.83 Ghz with a mean power of 7 watts. For the purpose of this test a 50 MHz band within 14.4-14.83 GHz and a 50 MHz band within 15.15 to 15.35 GHz is required.
