We wish to beta-test a new product, a channelized signal booster, at a controlled location in the Cleveland, OH area. The Equipment Authorization certification process will have started but not have been issued for this product.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
To test the channelized signal booster and configuration of UHF channels. The channelized signal booster will be configured to boost the signals of UHF channels licensed to Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. (FRN 0011237765) operating under WPPE439 into their administrative building. These signals are eminating from a site at 6300 Wilson Mills Rd., Mayfield Village, OH (41-32-15.2/081-29-4.4). The signal booster will be located at their administrative building, 300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH. We will be testing the ability of the booster to work with a trunking system and take detailed RF measurements both at the booster site as well as the donor site.
