An STA is necessary in order to test video transmitters in Space during a short period in December, 2009. (Note that the dates have changed since this application was originally filed. The dates of the experiment have been changed to December 3-10, 2009. The attached AFTRCC Coordination confirmation reflects the new dates of the experiment.
