Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Since these machines are some of the biggest in the world they are not capable of fitting into a shielded chamber. Therefore, we are requesting permissions to transmit, at very close range, towards sensitive electronics that could potentially be effected by this type of Radiated Disturbance. The frequency list that I requested was based on an old filing that was granted a few year back when the 1000MHz to 2000MHz Radiated Susceptibility requirement went into effect in the European Union (ISO 13766 for earth moving Machinery).

Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of the operation is to show compliance of earth moving equipment per the new EU requirements. The purpose of the operation is to show compliance construction equipment per the new EU requirements ( EN 13309:2010 Construction machinery - Electromagnetic compatibility of machines). We will transmit at a very close range to sensitive electronics to make sure they are immune to GSM and other possible interference.
