Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA was granted for The Planetary Societys spacecraft, LightSail-2 (WM9XPA), May 2020. We would like to add a ground station that will potentially communicate and command the LightSail-2, but we cannot modify a STA. Therefore, we are submitting an STA application for the ground station to communicate with the spacecraft.
