Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

Applicant is an equipment rental company which provides audio and communication equipment including wireless coordination services for broadcast, sporting and large-scale events. Applicant has Part 74 LP license, Call sign WQMP320 for this purpose. Due to the limited amount of BAS spectrum in the TV bands makes meeting the demands required necessary to make temporary coordinated use of additional spectrum in certain TV channels. Additional spectrum is necessary to provide quality audio and communication at Salesforce’s Dreamforce event in San Francisco.
