Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
JHU/APL desires to transmit a low power, wideband LFM waveform to characterize RF attenuation through a rocket plume in a confined setup near Camden, AR. Short duration transmissions (<10 minutes/test, up to 10 times/day) will be possible on up to 5 days during the 5 month operational window.
