Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The C-band downlink (from the satellite) emissions radiate within the A6 Chamber. The chamber does not provide adequate shielding effectiveness in this band therefore an STA is required to perform the tests. This is a resubmission of an STA that expired on October 21, 2006, call sign WC9XNE, which is now required to support additional/follow-on satellite ground testing.
