The licensee is required to coordinate with the FAA Western Pacific Regional Frequency Management Office (FMO) at least 72 hours prior to the first two tests. The FMO will coordinate with the air traffic facility responsible for the airspace from the test location to 100 miles north. The FMO can be contacted at 310-725-3475/3671/3668. The results of the first two tests will determine whether ongoing coordination will be required. Testing should be limited in length of time and to off-peak air traffic hours as much as possible.
