Please explain the purpose of operation:
This requirement supports the development of the Viasat KuKarray antenna system ground and flight over the air test communicating with Inmarsat-5 F2. The test will be conducted in Greenville TX with flights in the vicinity of the greater Greenville TX area. Boeing is requesting to transmit Earth-to-Space on 30.25 GHz, and 20.25 GHz Space-to-Earth allocation is also requested to allow the downlink signal from Inmarsat Satellite to the terminal at the Greenville TX location.
