Please explain the purpose of operation:
Communicate with space vehicle from launch to return. System will be communicating through TDRS.TDRS control stations are throughout CONUS. Main control station will be Cape Canaveral, FL. Max Flight Level will be 400km (dependent on location of International Space Station). The space craft will launch from FL and be in space within a matter of minutes with all communications coming from TDRS.
