Please explain the purpose of operation:
To support the development of the Datapath CCT-200 Viasat KuKarray, and the Boeing SFF antenna system over the air test communicating with Inmarsat-5 F2 and will be conducted in Greenville, TX. This requirement supports the development of the Viasat KuKarray antenna system over the air test communicating with Inmarsat-5 F2 and will be conducted in Greenville TX. Boeing is requesting to transmit Earth-to-Space on 30.25 GHz, and 20.25 GHz Space-to-Earth allocation is also requested to allow the downlink signal from Inmarsat Satellite to the terminal at the Greenville TX location.
