Please explain the purpose of operation:
The purpose of this experimental operation is to analyze any effects that the cellular communications system operation may have during flight and during auto-land operations. Although the system is intended for ground operation only, this certification is required as a precaution against inadvertent system activation while the aircraft is in flight.
