Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To ensure the Electronic Warfare system sensors are performing within specification. These tests will last less than 5 seconds per quadrant, with two tests per quadrant. This test is needed, prior to delivery to the US Warfighter, to ensure systems are fully operational prior to use.
