Mexsat Initial System Test (IST) in El Segundo, CA. As part of the Mexsat Initial System Test (IST) in El Segundo, CA. As part of this effort, we are planning to install a reference user terminal (RUT) at El Segundo on a roof top. The RUT will receive from the rooftop and retransmit inside the Boeing Satellite Development Center (SDC) in El Segundo, CA. All transmissions will be inside the SDC.
