Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Boeing orginally submitted a frequency request to the Navy to support this Scan Eagle UAV video downlink. The Navy requested Boeing to obtain the spectrum from the FCC as it is in a civil frequency band. The experiment will be end 02/28/2009. This STA should cover the requirement for this operation.Please disregard the comments about the timeframe in the technical description. If it is determined that additional time is required, a form 442 will be submitted
