Used to support the testing program covered by the WG2XDD and that Boeing is filing the STA as a result of discussions with officials in the Commissions Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau, which have indicated that Firstnet will only agree to approve STAs covering limited periods for testing rather than Experimental Licenses for longer periods.
