The Boeing Company (?Boeing?) requests a slightly modified experimental special temporary authorization (?STA?) to supplement its existing experimental STA (Call Sign WC9XCX, File No. 0144-EX-ST-2005) to support short-term, on-ground electromagnetic interference (?EMI?) testing of the presently authorized picocell system at higher power onboard Boeing?s Connexion One aircraft. See Attached Narrative Description.
