Please explain the purpose of operation:
To evaluate the airplane system. Used to support the testing program covered by the WG2XDD and that Boeing is filing the STA as a result of discussions with officials in the Commissions Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau, which have indicated that Firstnet will only agree to approve STAs covering limited periods for testing rather than Experimental Licenses for longer periods.
