Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The use of one UHF (450 - 470 MHz) frequency will be required to test and demonstrate a concept. The frequency will support half duplex operation at mobile locations In Brevard County, Florida and include locations on Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral AFS. Coordination from those installation's Frequency Manager's has been received and is included as an attachment to this request.. Further use of this frequency beyond this test and demonstration is not planned. The following frequency bands have been coordinated for use over Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral, FL 452.3-456.2 MHz 457.3-457.9 MHz 460.1-460.9 MHz 461.2-462.0 MHz
