Please explain the purpose of operation:
As part of the Mexsat Initial System Test (IST) in El Segundo, CA. As part of this effort, we are planning to install a reference user terminal (RUT) at El Segundo on a roof top. The RUT will receive from the rooftop and retransmit inside the Boeing Satellite Development Center (SDC) in El Segundo, CA. All transmissions will be inside the SDC.
