Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) is developing an Ultra-WideBand (UWB) radar system known as MISR. MISR is an acronym for MTI, Imaging and Scanning Radar. The MISR sensor is being developed under government contract #W15P7T-04-C-K420 for the United States Army, Communications-Electronics Command. The following information is included to comply with the requirements listed under section 5.61 of the CFR pertaining to obtaining an STA for experimental operation. The STA is required so that SRC may develop and test a MISR prototype. The objective of the proposed work is to develop a compact, portable, self-contained, sensor capable of through-the-wall detection of humans for military operations in urban terrain.
