Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SwipeSense is redesigning their hand hygiene system and wish to do a high volume test before finalizing the design. This application for an experimental license is being submitted to allow testing of large number of units in a hospital environment. The units are currently at Washington Laboratories undergoing FCC compliance testing. However, this test is desired to confirm the system operation in a representative use environment that includes the complexity of many units in the system. The desire is that this test be run before the system design and its FCC equipment grant are finalized.

The SwipeSense system consists of 4 models. • Caregiver badge – battery powered 2.4 GHz DTS device with 4.8 dBm max RF power. • Wall-mounted dispenser sensor – battery powered 2.4 GHz DTS device with 4.8 dBm max RF power. • Room hub – AC powered 2.4 GHz DTS device with 4.8 dBm max RF power. • Communications hub – AC powered WiFi FCC approved module, FCC ID 2ADUTLGPAU03, & 2.4 GHz DTS device with 4.8 dBm max RF power. The system will be installed and tested in a hospital located at: MacNeal Hospital 3249 S Oak Park Ave Berwyn, IL 60402 The test will include: 1,200 personnel badges, 300 location hubs, 1,200 hygiene sensors 20 com hubs.
