Please explain the purpose of operation:
To complete a single stratospheric hypersonic flight (SLD-30 range) with a transceiving RF payload transmitting in frequencies within 2200-2300 MHz and communicating with an existing satellite asset, and also to support ground testing prior to the test flight (Mojave, CA).
