Operations will consist of ground-based, low-power transmissions from boresight reference antennas positioned near the receive-only telemetry ground stations. Each test is brief and non-recurring. Testing will be conducted as part of pre-launch checkout procedures, commencing no earlier than a few days before the start of the launch window or as part of an integrated dress rehearsal. The transmitters are not used in launch operations.

Operations will consist of ground-based, low-power transmissions from boresight reference antennas positioned near the receive-only telemetry ground stations. Each test is brief, lasting for no more than 60 minutes in duration. Testing is non-recurring and will be conducted as part of integration and test campaign only: i.e. system deployment (L-3mo) integrated dress rehearsal (L-1 month) and pre-launch checkouts (L-1day). The transmitters are not used in launch operations.
