Starling is seeking special temporary authority for experimental operation of up to three (3) StarCar Ku-band transmit/receive terminals for testing and demonstration purposes. The proposed experimental operations will be conducted throughout the continental United States at specified test facilities for a very limited duration (e.g., several hours per test session) scheduled intermittently over the next six (6) months.
