Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes testing of a radiolocation system that is FCC certified for operation under Part 15 in the band 5735-5865. The application of this system in the United States in National Football League stadiums requires operation in a different frequency range. Testing of the system for developmental purposes and for interference testing and proof of concept testing prior to re-certification and licensing under Part 90 is necessary.
