We mistakenly allowed our previous license to lapse. We need to collect data in March, April, and possibly May 2001 to support two government contracts. A new application has been submitted and is in processing. This system is a research over-the-horizon radar that has operated since the late 60s. It will be used to collect data on an HF Repeater as well as ship detection to support US Navy counterdrug surveillance radars. We need to test the system on 27/28 February 2001 and conduct data collections in March/April and possible May 2001.
