Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Experimental STA request for the Experimental S-Band Radar (ESB) is to perform target detection, and tracking of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets. SRC Inc, is also investigating new techniques and evaluation of the performance against of low-altitude and slow-speed small targets using the ESB Radar. Our request is for the period of time June 1 through June 30, 2020.
