Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The BSTAR Radar STA is necessary for waveform development for avian and aircraft detection in a marsh area. SRC Inc further understands that modifications to the US table of frequency allocations will be necessary before this system can be sold to non-Federal Government entities.
