Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Dragon capsule telemetry, tracking, and command, for the upcoming SpX-6 mission to the International Space Station. This application uses information from the previous Dragon capsule STA grant for the SpX-5 mission, which ended on 10 FEB 2015, following splash-down in the Pacific Ocean. The launch planning date for the upcoming SpX-6 mission is NET 08 APR 2015. The launch site for the capsule is Complex 40, Cape Canaveral AFS. The launch and reentry licensing authority is FAA/AST.
