Pursuant to Section 5.61 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR Section 5.61, Sony Electronics Inc., hereby request special temporary authorization to operate bluetooth products, prototypes and commercially available only in Japan at a Sony international dealers meeting. These products consists of: Notebook computer with bluetooth transceiver and antenna embedded. Modem station containing modem (Part 68-FCC approved) with bluetooth transceiver and antenna embedded. PDA bluetooth adapter with bluetooth transceiver and antenna embedded. The purpose of operation is to demonstrate to Sony worldwide dealers and employees the capabilities of this new products.
