The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has invited Soar Technology, Inc to demonstrate new microwave technologies with relation to propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration and impact as it relates to robotic system control. Due to the frequency congestion in the Washington, D.C. area, Soar Technology, Inc., requests the use of this channel.

The proposed service would enable a demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in a mobile terrestrial exercise that would otherwise not be available to the engineering team.
